Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution to ensure timely unloading and floor readiness.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimizations to maximize in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and backroom operations.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving and implement price changes.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and backroom organization.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
