• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates with the team.

• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and in stockroom.
• Foster team recognition and celebrate wins while focusing on guest experience.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reduction initiatives are followed.
