Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader and drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and on-brand. You will train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure all areas meet Floorset standards.

The role emphasizes merchandising innovation, day-to-day upkeep, and proactive planning with leadership, while prioritizing guest experience and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Attention to detail with strong prioritization and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Ensure the store represents AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain brand standards and coaching for the team.
• Maintain guest experience as the #1 priority and celebrate wins with the team.
• Keep store and stockroom safety standards and shrink-reduction in focus.
