Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes Floorsets with precision.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive product placement, replenishment, and day-to-day merchandising, and collaborate with leadership to keep the guest experience front and center while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction practices.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for merchandising and driving an outstanding guest experience.
• Floorsets are your thing: drive Floorset execution with training and clear productivity goals.
• Merchandising innovator, manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through, and replenishment.
• Teamwork focused, ensure brand standards and replenishment guidance across the store.

• You have a passion for merchandising: You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.

• You're a merchandising innovator: You ensure your store stays in tip-top shape by #owning day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment. You have a keen eye for merchandising opportunities and are always ready to game plan with leadership and take action!
• You've got a "teamwork" mentality: You support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so your store is always looking #fresh!
