Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in making our store a showcase of AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will help execute Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience outstanding.

You will lead by coaching the Floorset team, maintain organization, and nurture a collaborative, guest-focused culture while upholding store safety and brand policies.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments to keep the store in top shape.
• Maintain a teamwork mindset to ensure the merchandising team understands brand standards and replenishment processes.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while prioritizing guest experience.
• Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, adhering to shrink-reduction strategies and company policies.
