Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Lafayette, IN to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and stays guest-ready.

You will own Floorset execution, train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity goals, manage replenishment, and keep tables, displays, and signage current. This role values attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floor standards.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Support guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help maintain brand standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion guest experience and celebrate team wins while keeping safety and shrink control.
