Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards and executes Floorsets with precision.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, focus on replenishment and guest experience, and partner with leadership to keep the store looking fresh and guest-ready while maintaining safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products and brand culture.
• Strong organization, priority setting, and time management.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of store work.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and ensuring standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing practices are followed.
