Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Territory Manager, MEP for Michigan, operating as a remote/field-based role. You will manage MEP accounts, perform in-person visits, and drive sales across Power Tools, Hand Tools, and related products while leveraging Salesforce and Power BI to optimize routing and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors, travel up to 50% locally and some overnight, and cultivate relationships with key decision makers to meet targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Product, Commercial, Industrial, or similar background.
• Ability to analyze PowerBI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of MEP accounts and drive top-line sales.
• Regularly call on key customers, distributors, and end users in the assigned area.
• Analyze metrics in Salesforce and Power BI to map routing and growth opportunities.
• Establish relationships with decision makers and internal teams to support sales initiatives.
