Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join its Field Operations Team on field/project assignments across the United States. The role involves coordinating on-site construction activities, supporting the MEP Project Manager, and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality on complex facilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, extensive construction experience (industrial preferred), and the ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; a minimum of ten years of construction experience.
• Experience within the light/heavy industrial sector highly desired.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal/contract documents.
• Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; MS Project a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
• Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Assist in developing scopes of work and project schedules; help with cost estimates.
• Assist in coordinating all trades and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain safety and quality standards on site.
