Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an MEP Site Manager for Data Centers to lead field operations, coordinate critical MEP installations, and deliver high‑quality data center projects. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, developing scopes of work, and maintaining schedules within the overall construction plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of construction experience or 15+ years without a degree.
• 5+ years of industrial construction with data center or mission-critical exposure preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex data center projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for installation, coordination and execution of critical MEP systems.
• Assist MEP Project Manager in selecting subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Develop scopes of work for MEP review and approval.
• Create MEP schedule within the overall construction timeline and assist cost estimates.
• Review drawings (P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, Shop, Architectural, Structural) and maintain current set.
• Coordinate on-site activities and ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and participate in safety program components.
• Provide reports on progress, costs, and schedule changes.
