Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an MEP Site Manager (Data Centers) to lead field operations on hyperscale projects. You will coordinate critical MEP systems, manage on-site teams, and work closely with the MEP Project Manager to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

This field-based role requires extensive travel to project sites across the United States, with responsibilities spanning pre-start-up through project completion. Strong leadership and data center experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead field operations for installation and coordination of critical MEP systems in data centers.
• Experience managing complex data center projects and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure.
• Ability to develop scopes of work, schedules, and cost estimates for MEP work.
• Comfort with traveling to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for installation, coordination, and execution of critical MEP systems.
• Assist MEP PM with subcontractor/vendor selection and scope development.
• Develop MEP schedules and assist in project estimating.
• Coordinate drawings review (P&IDs, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) in the field.
• Ensure safety and quality per company standards and QMS.
