Job summary

Southland Industries in Vancouver, WA is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing initiatives on a high-impact, mission-critical project. The role blends hands-on design coordination with strong leadership to keep milestones on track and safety standards high.

You will manage budgets, report on cost and revenue projections, oversee subcontractors, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in project management.
• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable field.

Responsibilities

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
• Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project.
• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.
