Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large, multi-million dollar MEP construction projects on site. You will mentor engineers and lead project teams, focusing on safety, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.

You will manage planning, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and lean construction practices to deliver value. A strong background in mechanical systems, design-build delivery, and IPD experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience on mechanical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience managing multiple MEP projects.
• Experience with Design/Build and IPD is a plus.
• Lean construction tools familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a single large project or multiple MEP projects with accountability.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, reports, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate with field personnel, general contractor, subcontractors, and clients.
• Apply LEAN principles to deliver value and improve processes.
• Mentor Project Engineers and develop team talent.
