Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience managing MEP projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors required.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lead and team activities to meet project milestones.
• Provide project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage budget and cost projections for projects.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Ensure project scope and schedule are adhered to.

Skills

Strong knowledge of applicable systems design

Excellent project management skills

Proven ability to manage small teams

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong financial acumen

Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products

Education

Four-year degree in Engineering
