Job summary

Southland Industries Inc. in Wenatchee, WA seeks an MEP Project Manager to lead a high-impact, mission-critical project. The role focuses on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with a top-tier team, ensure milestones are met, manage budgets and client relationships, and drive quality and safety. A four-year engineering degree and 5–10 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, etc., and system operations.

Responsibilities

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
• Generally manages smaller projects or a portion of a larger, complex project.
• Develop client relationships with status updates to clients and leadership.
• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to keep project on schedule.
