Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing trades.

• Experience overseeing MEP, HVAC, BAS, and building automation systems.
• Experience using CMMS/work order platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent operational needs.
