Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will supervise troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep per SOPs and safety guidelines, while managing tools, parts inventory, and supplier relationships.

The role supports engineers in refining methods to improve operations, ensuring contract compliance, and leading on-site teams with a focus on safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field is a plus.
• Current universal refrigeration license and/or other required trade licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned personnel; develops work schedules and monitors performance.
• Leads on-site project activities and serves as primary customer contact on site.
• Plans and supervises service delivery; provides hands-on support and training to staff and contractors.
• Responds to emergencies; coordinates with police, fire and other crews to protect property and employees.
• Keeps safety records; ensures PPE use and compliance with safety practices.
• Conducts monthly safety and quality walk-throughs; coordinates with Site Safety Technician.
