The University of Utah is seeking a Supervisor, Facilities Management to lead the overall operation and maintenance of campus buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will ensure regulatory compliance, plan organizational structure for growth, and negotiate contracts to meet specifications and budgets.

You will supervise MEP staff, coordinate with vendors, manage preventive maintenance programs, and maintain safety standards while supporting research and teaching activities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field; equivalency may be accepted.
• Proven experience in facilities management including supervision, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of custodial and landscaping maintenance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; CMA/Building automation systems experience.
