The University of Utah seeks a Supervisor, Facilities Management to direct the operation and maintenance of campus buildings, equipment, and grounds. You will ensure compliance with procedures, manage the organizational structure, and coordinate with purchasing and vendor partners.

You will supervise MEP staff, oversee contracts and service providers, develop preventive maintenance programs, and manage budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and safety/regulatory responsiveness are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field or comparable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of directly related work experience.
• Experience supervising MEP staff and managing vendor relations.

• Oversee maintenance and operation of research facilities, including MEP, HVAC, and building automation systems.
• Supervise MEP staff, oversee vendor contracts, coordinate repairs, and manage maintenance budgets.
