Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join our pediatric therapy teams across multiple centers. This entry-level role pairs you with a BCBA mentor to accelerate client progress while you learn essential behavior-analytic skills in a center-based setting.

You will share a caseload with a mentor, support programming changes, and contribute to progress reporting, parent meetings, and materials development as you progress through the CiT training sequence.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center who serves as a mentor and coach.
• Assist with the PS tasks related to shared clients.
• Create materials for learners on caseload (after completion of MRS training).
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with CST for new hires who will be entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assists with the completion of monthly progress reports.
• Sits in on parent meetings, assists with material preparation for parent meetings and trainings.
• Assists with creating and changing charts and updating data sheets following a shared consult.
