Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Clinician in Training in a center-based setting for children aged 2–9. The CiT role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to accelerate client success through a multi-phase training sequence.

As a CiT, you will share a caseload, create learner materials, and assist with ongoing data collection, progress reports, and parent meetings. This program emphasizes hands-on learning and professional growth within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst training with BCBA mentorship.
• Ability to learn through structured CiT training phases.
• Willingness to work in a center-based setting with children ages 2–9.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and training materials.
• Support CST for new hires entering the pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Support ongoing data collection, progress notes, and chart updates.
• Attend parent meetings and help prepare training materials.
