Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking an entry-level Clinician in Training to work in our New Jersey centers, partnering with an experienced BCBA mentor. The CiT will share caseloads, support client progress, and participate in a structured training sequence designed to accelerate skill development.

The role focuses on hands-on learning, programming support, and data management while working within center-based ABA, speech, and developmental services.

Qualifications

• Do you enjoy working with children and love learning?
• Are you in the process of finishing supervision (last 3-4 months), waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure?
• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Do you demonstrate Bierman’s core values?
• Are you able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed?

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA in the center who serves as a mentor and coach
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and prepare learning materials
• Assist in maintenance and organization of therapy materials for learners on caseload
• Assist with CST for new hires entering the pod as assigned by BCBA
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA
• Assist with completion of monthly progress reports
• Attend parent meetings and help prepare materials for meetings and trainings
• Assist with creating and updating charts and data sheets after a shared consult
