Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to learn under an experienced BCBA mentor in a center-based setting serving children aged 2–9. This entry-level role focuses on hands-on training, client support, and gradual independence across the CiT training phases.

As part of a collaborative team, you will participate in shared caseloads, assist with materials, data collection, and parent trainings, while developing core competencies in behavior analysis and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Interest in pediatric therapy and helping children progress.
• Ability to work with a BCBA mentor and follow training protocols.
• Comfort with a center-based environment and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Share caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Assist with materials and data organization for learners on caseload.
• Support parent meetings and prepare materials for trainings.
• Update charts and data sheets following shared consults.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and programming updates.
