Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training in Ohio to begin an entry-level Behavior Analyst pathway. You will work under a BCBA mentor, sharing caseloads and learning the CiT training sequence to accelerate client progress.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role designed for hands-on training with a BCBA mentor.
• CiT Training sequence to accelerate client success through mentor-guided responsibilities.
• Supervision hours to accrue: 1650 hours.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and materials preparation.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering the pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
• Assist with completion of monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and help with material preparation for meetings and trainings.
• Assist with creating and updating charts and data sheets.
