Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking an entry-level Clinician in Training to join our pediatric therapy team. You will work under a BCBA mentor, share a caseload, and accelerate client progress through structured training phases in a center-based setting.

You will support data collection, progress reporting, materials creation, and parent meeting preparations while learning programming and assessment tasks as part of the CiT sequence.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role designed for hands-on training.
• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Mentored by an experienced BCBA to learn responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA and be mentored.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and prepare learning materials.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering the pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and contribute to material preparation.
• Create and update charts and data sheets after shared consult.
