Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to begin hands-on work in our center-based pediatric therapy teams, under a BCBA mentor who will guide you through a CiT training sequence.

You will share a caseload, assist with assessments, programming changes, and monthly progress reports while learning the responsibilities of a Behavior Analyst. Centers run Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role designed to train as a Behavior Analyst.
• Supervision hours 1650 accrued.
• Must be able to lift and chase clients up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA as mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks for shared clients.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assist with the completion of monthly progress reports.
• Sits in on parent meetings, assists with material preparation for parent meetings and trainings.
• Assists with creating and changing charts and updating data sheets following a shared consult.
