Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join our pediatric therapy team. The CiT role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to accelerate client progress through a structured training sequence and shared caseloads.

You will shadow, learn, and progressively run consults with guidance, while completing supervision hours and contributing to program development and data collection.

Qualifications

• CiT Training sequence with a BCBA mentor guiding your practice.
• Phased training culminating in independent consults.
• 1650 supervision hours accrued during the program.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor.
• Assist with PS tasks for shared clients and create learner materials.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering a pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC tasks and ongoing programming updates by BCBA.
• Assist with monthly progress reports and data sheet updates.
• Participate in parent meetings and prepare materials for sessions.
