Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join our pediatric therapy team in Indiana. This entry-level role pairs you with an experienced BCBA mentor to learn all responsibilities and tasks needed to become a Behavior Analyst.

The CiT program runs in three phases, advancing from shadowing and non-billable tasks to independent consults, with a focus on client progress, data management, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Entry-level CiT position with mentorship by a BCBA.
• Phase-based training to accelerate client progress.
• Focus on pediatric therapy in a center setting.

Responsibilities

• Share caseload with a mentor BCBA.
• Assist with learner materials and data maintenance.
• Support CST and BIC tasks.
• Assist with progress reporting and parent meetings.
• Prepare charts and data sheets.
