Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking an entry-level Clinician in Training to join our center-based ABA program. You will work under a BCBA mentor to accelerate client progress, share a caseload, and learn programming and assessment skills through a structured CiT Training sequence.

The role involves collaborating with families, maintaining therapy materials, and supporting new hires. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a multidisciplinary pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Must be in supervision phase (last 3-4 months), waiting to take the BCBA exam, or newly certified and applying for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BCBA mentor in the center.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients, create materials for learners, and maintain therapy materials.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering the pod as assigned by BCBA.
• Assist with BIC’s as assigned by BCBA.
• Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming implemented by BCBA.
• Assist with completing monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings, prepare materials for sessions and trainings.
• Create and update charts and data sheets following a shared consult.
