Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the BEST program, a 6-month development track for recent engineering graduates to enter technical sales. You will be paired with a mentor and gain exposure to sales processes, HVAC solutions, and customer engagements.

You will learn from field teams and participate in projects that advance building performance, sustainability, and customer outcomes, with strong growth opportunities after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation date December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree.
• Internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
