Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a PRN Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across multiple sites. You will deliver milieu management, meal support, and essential documentation to support treatment plans.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field, one year of direct patient care, and a valid driver’s license. ServSafe certification may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending at time of hire) (required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients
• Perform milieu management and safety checks as ordered by physician
• Assist with mealtime support and dietary needs
• Document patient observations and events in the EHR
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed
• Support transportation and meal-related activities as required
