Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, milieu management, meal support, and ensure safety per treatment plans.

Your role includes documenting care in the EHR, facilitating groups, coordinating transportation, and adapting to site needs. Strong communication and a compassionate, team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and milieu support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for group facilitation and patient care.
• Coordinate meal support and monitoring of dietary needs during meals and snacks.
• Assist with transportation and administrative tasks as needed by the program.
• Maintain safety and adherence to program schedules and treatment plans.
