Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.
• Experience with in-person and telehealth patient interactions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-office daily activities at the practice location.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-person and telehealth patients.
• Handle scheduling, payments, and insurance verification.
• Greet and check-in/out patients courteously.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians on patient questions.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment.
• Support billing questions and payment processing.
• Triage urgent patient requests per crisis de-escalation processes.
