LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Friendswood, TX to coordinate medical care and support patients and psychiatrists. You will ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

The role starts at $21.75/hour with quarterly bonus potential, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year(s) in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Provide patient support including prior authorizations and records requests.
• Assist with telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Maintain accurate patient pharmacy information in the EHR.
• Respond quickly to patient needs and triage issues as needed.
