Job summary

LifeStance Health Evansville, IN seeks a Medical Services Coordinator to support patients and clinicians, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality service for in-person and telehealth visits.

Starting at $21.75 per hour, full-time, with quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more. In-office role at 7300 E Indiana St Suite 103.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and handling of sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and paperwork.
• Manage patient calls, appointment reschedules, and portal issues.
• Ensure accurate patient pharmacy information and EHR entries.
• Triage urgent requests and coordinate external referrals.
