Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator in Austin, TX. You will be the point of contact to coordinate medical care, support patients and psychiatrists, and ensure excellent service for both in-person and remote patients.

The role offers a starting pay of $21.00 per hour with quarterly bonus potential, benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer match. Prior healthcare operations or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians to ensure quality service.
• Assist with patient communications, referrals, and scheduling; manage patient forms and records.
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks and patient questions; triage issues when needed.
• Provide strong customer service and HIPAA-compliant handling of confidential information.
