Job description

As the Mental Health Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our mental health facility, ensuring efficient administrative functions and high-quality patient care. You will play a vital role in managing office staff, coordinating patient services, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage office operations, including appointment scheduling, billing, and patient record maintenance.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims, working with insurance companies as needed.
  • Prepare reports for management and assist in budgeting and financial management.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance office efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Knowledge of mental health services and regulations is a plus.
