As the Mental Health Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our mental health facility, ensuring efficient administrative functions and high-quality patient care. You will play a vital role in managing office staff, coordinating patient services, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including appointment scheduling, billing, and patient record maintenance.
Supervise and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Coordinate patient appointments and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
Handle billing and insurance claims, working with insurance companies as needed.
Prepare reports for management and assist in budgeting and financial management.

Qualifications:
