Geode Health seeks a Practice Assistant in West Town to be the friendly first impression for patients and to support both front-office and clinical operations. You will manage front-desk tasks, assist providers, and help maintain efficient office workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a patient-focused mindset to contribute to accessible, affordable mental healthcare.

Formación

• 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with phone-based patient interactions and EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact and deliver excellent patient service.
• Manage daily schedules, confirmations, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Coordinate patient intake, referrals, authorizations, and records.
• Collect payments and document patient financial obligations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
