• Ability to accurately account for money collected during transactions
• Commitment to maintaining required company trainings
• Possession of SD driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance for driving as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the multi-line phone system with professionalism.
• Schedule client appointments and prepare initial paperwork and letters.
• Verify client information and collect fees; complete required client paperwork.
• Provide general office support and maintain medical records as needed.
