Job summary

Southeastern Directions for Life in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome clients, answer a multi-line phone system, and coordinate with staff in a busy health care office.

You will schedule appointments with psychiatrists, provide general secretarial support, and handle other light office duties; the role includes eight-to-four hours Monday through Friday and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Office experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance; driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Background checks including fingerprinting and Child/Adult Services Central Registry checks required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at reception and notify staff.
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls.
• Schedule client appointments with psychiatrists.
• Provide secretarial support to staff.
• Perform additional office duties as assigned by office manager.
