Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare operations or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk daily operations for the practice location.
• Greet patients and check them in/out in a courteous manner.
• Assist with payments, billing questions, and scheduling needs.
• Verify insurance eligibility and resolve related issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to support patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office space.
