Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Trades Specialist to join the Commercial Construction field sales team in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on selling DEWALT and related brands to end-user customers, growing relationships, and mentoring local market teammates.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of construction sales, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a valid driver’s license with up to 50% travel. A base salary plus incentive plan is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; construction field experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies.
• Proven track record selling to executives and managers.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and travel up to 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Hit top-line sales targets for DEWALT, HTAS, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN and other brands.
• Build, maintain relationship with end-user partners and programs.
• Mentor local market team on end-user development and contacts.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with Channel Marketing.
• Maintain Salesforce.com CRM to drive pipeline and success.
