Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for Springfield, MO. This PRN role focuses on advocacy of empathy and creating human connections with residents, while observing interests and implementing engagement plans in a memory-care setting.

You will document care, assist with resident orientation, and support daily living from morning to night. Must be 18+, HS diploma, English fluent, strong computer skills, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests, abilities and create engagement plans.
• Set the stage for the resident experience by preparing spaces and routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily living from morning to night.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
