Arrow Senior Living in Nixa, Missouri, is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (PRN) at The Castlewood to provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a warm, home-like setting.

You will engage residents, document changes, and support daily routines while collaborating with teammates. This role emphasizes empathy, observation, and quality of life. Arrow offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be a Patient Observer: identify residents' interests and abilities to craft engagement plans.
• Master the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and routines.
• Be a Life Partner: support residents through daily activities from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
