Arrow Senior Living in Olathe, KS is seeking a part-time Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate care and support to residents in a home-like environment. You'll advocate empathy, observe residents, and help plan engaging activities while documenting care and assisting team members. Must be 18+, HS diploma, English proficient, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy to communicate with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident data.
• Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Be an advocate of empathy and build human connections.
• Act as a patient observer to tailor engagement plans.
• Create and stage experiences via mise en scène for daily routines.
• Partner with residents to support daily activities.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
