Arrow Senior Living manages a Castlewood memory care unit in Missouri. We are seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (PRN) with empathy, engagement skills, and reliability to assist residents and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive/energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active; able to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoo p all day.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy: build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Discover residents’ interests and collaborate to create engagement plans.
• Prepare environments to support daily routines and events.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation for team members in memory care neighborhoods.
