Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in San Rafael, CA, seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant (Activity Assistant) to design and coordinate daily enrichment activities for active residents. You will help promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being while supporting the Resident Lifestyle Director.

The role requires 6–12 months of experience with seniors, solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and strong communication. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of experience working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to plan and lead daily enrichment activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead or assist social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and events.
• Support safety and documentation of activities.
