Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support dementia-friendly programming and resident engagement. You will help lead activities, coordinate events, and assist with program documentation in a senior living community.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, experience with older adults, and strong communication skills. The role requires a compassionate, organized approach and the ability to work with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults or dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading dementia-friendly programs.
• Coordinate activities and ensure person-centered care for residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff about programs and outcomes.
