Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support dementia-centered activities and programs in a resident-focused environment. You will assist the Program Manager in delivering person-centered programming, coordinating events, and maintaining documentation while promoting quality of life for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and prior experience with older adults or dementia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading person-centered dementia programs.
• Engages residents in the 7 well-being domains within a dementia-friendly environment.
• Reviews resident service plans and completes required program documentation.
• Ensures dementia programs comply with state, federal and Brookdale standards and regulations.
• Coordinates and participates in community events and communicates with residents and families.
